What information do we gather and how do we use it?
When placing an online order with TileShowroom, the information that we collect from you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and servicing your account. We need your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, contact phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us a way to contact you should we have a question. After you place an online order with TileShowroom, a copy of that order is sent to you via email for your records. When you place an order with TileShowroom, you are given the option of joining an electronic mailing list for announcing special sales and other general announcements of interest to our customers.

How does TileShowroom protect customer information?
TileShowroom uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your order from us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return authorization within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us using our contact form or call us toll-free at 866-630-2001. Outside the US, please call 718-618-0200.
All returns that are not the result of an error in shipping are subject to a 25% restock fee.
Any tile with a minimum purchase requirement must be returned in the same manner. For instance, if your tile was purchased in case packs, only full case packs may be returned. If your tile required a minimum purchase of a specific quantity, we will authorize a return only for quantities that meet or exceed the original purchase requirement.
Once you have received a return authorization number and instructions, all materials must be returned to the specified warehouse within 7 days of authorization. We have the right to refuse receipt of any shipment that exceeds this time frame or is shipped to the incorrect location. Your authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of each box returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All cancellations are subject to returning fees.
All merchandise will be inspected upon return receipt. Only items that are received in original condition are eligible for a refund. Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage in shipping. Refunds will not be given on any merchandise that is returned to us that is not in saleable condition. We strongly suggest that all returns be insured for their full value and that package tracking information is obtained. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments or those that arrive to us damaged. You may ship your return back to us via USPS, UPS or FedEX. All charges associated with your return are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be pre-paid by the purchaser. We reserve the right to refuse any package shipped “collect” or C.O.D. Your refund will be determined by the net cost of the original purchase price less the actual shipping costs and any applicable restock fees.The shipping amount will be determined by our actual shipping costs which may differ from your actual shipping charge. If your order qualified for our promotional or free shipping offers, you will be responsible for the full, actual cost of the initial shipment to you. Custom orders, special orders, sample swatches and installation products may (with varying restock fee percentage) or may not be returned for any reason.
Damages and Shipment Errors
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives to ensure there are no damages. If the package or the tile is damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by completing our contact form and we will replace your tile at no charge. You must save all packing material for an arranged inspection by our shipping company (UPS or FedEx). Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization. No credit will be issued without an authorization number clearly marked on the outside of each box you are returning. In the event that we have made a shipping error, or you receive defective material, we will refund the entire purchase price, plus shipping upon return of the defective or incorrect items. Natural Stone (Zen Paradise) products are made of natural stone materials with natural varaitions in color and hue. Manufacturers and there online retailer (Tileshowroom.com) are not resposible for any material that is installed without inspection. Please contact us directly is there is a problem with the materials you recieved prior to installation.
